1. General Information & Scope

ExportTik operates as a public OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) search and analysis platform. We do not host, store, or own any private social media content. All profile details, counts, follower metrics, and repost lists returned by our search tools are queried live in real-time from publicly available, unauthenticated index delivery nodes. We do not require account creation, registration, or logins.

2. Data Collection & Processing

We adhere strictly to the principle of Data Minimization (GDPR Article 5). We do not compile personal user files. The minimal data processed includes:

Temporary Cache Logs: Searched handles or links are temporarily cached for a short period (typically 4 seconds to 5 minutes) solely to protect our backend APIs from rate-limiting and server overload.
Security Cookies (CSRF): To prevent Cross-Site Request Forgery attacks and protect our platform's form submissions, we use a single, temporary session token stored as a cookie. No personally identifiable info (PII) is recorded.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) with IP anonymization enabled to analyze general traffic patterns and optimize platform rendering performance.

3. The Email Finder Tool & Public Sourcing

Our TikTok Email Finder tool operates by performing automated cross-reference queries of publicly indexed developer sites, open registry profiles, and linked business pages. We do not extract private or unlinked contact data. We strongly advocate for talent-sourcing compliance and remind all marketers that any emails sourced must follow CAN-SPAM and local commercial solicitation laws.

4. GDPR & CCPA Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or California, you are entitled to specific rights regarding your public data:

Right of Access & Portability: You can query any handle on our dashboard to instantly see all metrics cached.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You have the absolute right to restrict our indexer from showing lookup records for your handle. Email your request to privacy@exporttik.com.
No Sale of Data: ExportTik does not sell, lease, or distribute any user contact lists or search history to third-party data brokers.
